Clean mobile power in action, ditching diesel for solar in Ghana.
The Cinergy Operations Team travelled to Ghana with a CineSprint unit and a 34kW solar CineRay to power a film production basecamp, eliminating a 100KVA diesel generator.
But this project went beyond deployment.
Our team trained local Ghanaian technicians to install the solar panels and manage the CineSprint unit thus building long-term skills alongside immediate sustainability impact.
In just the first two weeks:
⚡ 839 kWh of clean energy generated
⛽ 420 litres of diesel saved
🌍 Significant emissions reduced
🎬 A film basecamp powered without fossil fuels
This is what the energy transition looks like in practice. Scalable technology, rapid deployment, and local empowerment working together.
