🚁 Expression of Interest – Helicopter Hoist Operator Instructor (Offshore Focus)

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Helicopter Hoist Operator Instructors for a potential short-term contract opportunity in Africa.

This role will focus specifically on offshore hoist operations, including structured training delivery, operational oversight, and standardisation.

📍 Location

Africa (exact location to be confirmed)

✅ Minimum Requirements
• Extensive operational experience as a certified Helicopter Hoist Operator
• Demonstrated offshore hoist experience (vessel & platform operations)
• Previous instructional or training experience
• Strong CRM and risk assessment mindset
• Ability to operate in remote and developing environments
• Valid medical and licensing documentation
