We stepped in to level, repair, and refresh the large-format paving tiles in this beautiful, private front courtyard. A private residential client reached out to us to fix up their enclosed front entrance area. The existing large paving tiles were in need of some professional care. Our team lifted, re-leveled, and properly reset the tiles to eliminate trip hazards and restore a perfectly seamless finish. The result is a clean, safe, and welcoming private courtyard that looks as good as new.

From Drawing to Ex*****on

For the fireplace, we used Mixx Cement, a thin-film, cement-based coating that creates a sleek, modern finish with beautiful colours and natural character. The process included final screeding and plasterwork, applied using a plaster-and-trowel technique.

We applied three coats to ensure proper bonding and a durable finish, leaving the surface smooth, refined and protected. One of the beautiful qualities of this finish is how it develops character and matures gracefully over time.

🚰 Basin Installation & Plumbing

We also completed the basin installation, including the plumbing, bringing both functionality and a fresh finish to the space.
