enterprise, manufacturing & supplying road demarcation delineators to the mining sector in Mpumalanga. Today, Vikela is a proud importer of high quality solar traffic signal systems that is widely used by the
mining & industrial industry all over South Africa. Our products are being sold as far as N

amibia, Zambia,
Mozambique, Swaziland. Vikela is an approved 3M dealer and converter. We enjoy full support and guarantee from 3M South Africa. We also specialize in vehicle visibility projects according to the required mine specifications. Our target market is the coal, gold, diamond mines and industrial sector.

Summary

The role of an Internal Sales / Customer Support representative is to service the needs of a company's existing clients & respond to new sales inquiries. This entry level position is well suited to individuals with excellent communication abilities, people skills, well-spoken and well presented.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products / services

2. Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold

3. Receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services

4. Maintain sales statistics and records of sales performance

5. Provide administrative support for the production of RFQs and other sales related documents

6. Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff

7. Maintain client databases
