The Development is situated on the R43 between the turnoff to Fisherhaven and Hawston, 10km before Hermanus coming from Cape Town. As a first point of reference please view our website www.flagshipbusinesspark.co.za for information , images and price list.

Attached, please find more information regarding the development. All legal documentation and Development rules are available upon request.

Although we would prefer a full 10% deposit upon signature. We have decided to consider a R5 000 deposit from early adopters until 28 February 2021. You will then have two options from 1 March 2021.

Option 1
You will still have to apply for bond approval and/or provide a guarantee for the outstanding amount less 10% deposit & bond.
(We have assistance from Standard Bank in this regard)

Option 2
If it is a cash deal 30% deposit will be payable 1 March 2021 and you will only provide guarantees say 3 months prior to registration. ( Which is currently targeted at Dec 21).

Estimated levies are at R 2500 per month.
