It is normally all about work…

South Africa is a place where nature and daily life intertwine effortlessly. On my run today, I encountered wildebeest, gemsbok, waterbuck, hartebeest, zebra and impala—a rare privilege to live in such a beautiful part of the world.

Living here means being surrounded by vast landscapes teeming with wildlife, breath-taking sunsets, and the rhythmic pulse of the bushveld.

Beyond the stunning natural beauty, South Africa offers a rich cultural tapestry, vibrant communities, and a deep sense of history.

Whether it's the call of the African wilderness or the warmth of its people, living here is an experience unlike any other.

I am privileged to live in a place, just 60 minutes from Johannesburg, where I encounter the best of what nature has to offer. At our client’s behest we have built two fully furnished Tensile Guest Tents. This gives our clients the opportunity to experience the Guest Tent. The Guest Tents have been up for 4 years, so I experience, on a day to day basis, the interaction of the Guest Tents with nature and the elements.
