We have recently become aware of a new scam targeting individuals in our community. Please be vigilant and take the following precautions to protect yourself:

HLABAKI MINING GROUP is not recruiting/hiring.

The only utilise Facebook page and LinkedIn no other social platforms.

1. Description of the Scam:

· Scammers are using a fake link to promote employment/hiring the link is doing rounds on all social platforms WhatsApp included, posing as representatives from a reputable company, sending phishing emails, making fraudulent phone calls, etc.

· They may ask for personal information, financial details.

2. Warning Signs:

· Unsolicited contact from unknown individuals or organizations.

· Urgent or threatening language pressuring you to act quickly.

3. How to Protect Yourself:

· Do not share personal or financial information with unknown contacts.

· Verify the identity of the person or organization contacting you by using official contact details.

· Be cautious of links or attachments in unsolicited emails or messages.

· Report any suspicious activity to Hlabaki Mining Group.

4. What to Do If You Are Targeted:

· Do not respond to the scammer.

· Report the incident

· Monitor your accounts for any unusual activity and take steps to secure them.

Hlabaki Mining is currently seeking a technician with underground expertise to join our engineering department on a fixed-term contract. This role involves maintaining and repairing heavy mining equipment to ensure underground operations run smoothly.

Requirements:
Grade 12 (Compulsory)
I am a qualified millwright or diesel mechanic with a trade test.

I have 4–6 years of experience with heavy underground mining equipment.
I possess strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Skills & Attributes:
1. Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
2. A thorough understanding of OEM specifications and safety protocols
3. Results-driven, self-motivated, and ethical
