We’re Hiring | Civil Engineer - Infrastructure & Design

ECM Services is looking for a versatile and autonomous Civil Engineer to join our team and take ownership of civil infrastructure projects from design through to client delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, practical design capability and confidence in managing both projects and client relationships.

🔹 Key focus areas include:
• Advanced Autodesk Civil 3D design
• Pavement, layer works & wet services
• Survey and LiDAR integration
• Engineering drawings & technical deliverables
• Traffic management plans and layouts
• BOQs, estimating, costing & tender documentation
• Client liaison & project administration

👷 What we’re looking for:
• Mid-level Civil Engineer
• Typically 3–7+ years’ consulting engineering experience
• Strong Civil 3D modelling and design experience
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Experience dealing directly with clients and project teams

💬 Be prepared to discuss: specific projects where you personally managed both the Civil 3D modelling and client coordination.
