3 x Motorised Belt Reelers and 3 x Brake Reelers manufactured, tested and commissioned.

Dymot Engineering has developed Heavy Duty Conveyor Belt Reelers that can accommodate a variety of belt widths using a single, adjustable unit. This flexibility enables mining operations to efficiently service multiple conveyors on-site.

- MAX Belt Width: 2100 mm Adjustable

- MAX Reel DIA: 4.2m

- MAX Spool Mass: 30 Ton

- Motor: 30kW with Forced Cooling

In the evolving landscape of modern mining, the demand for handling longer and wider conveyor belts has intensified. To address this challenge, Dymot Engineering has developed Heavy Duty Conveyor Belt Reelers designed to accommodate a range of belt widths with a single, adjustable unit. This adaptability allows mining operations to service multiple conveyors on-site efficiently.

Dymot Manufactured a Motorised Belt Reeler and a Brake Reeler for the new belts to be installed with a Reel Mass of 70 Tons and a Diameter of 5m.
