Meta-Catalysis

Meta-Catalysis Meta-catalysis @ UJ The meta-catalysis group is a dynamic research group in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Johannesburg.

We investigate catalysis with an open mind; thus we are not concerned about the borders between homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis. We approach catalysis from the fundamental idea that a catalyst needs to be synthesized first, then characterized, kinetically investigated and finally evaluated in catalysis. There are no fundamental differences between the various types of catalysis.
