Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Clen Chem, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our wide range of cleaning chemicals, equipment, machinery, and allied products to new and existing clients. Your key objective will be to expand our customer base while nurturing relationships with current clients to maintain current relationships and further promote brand loyalty.
You will use your expertise in the cleaning industry to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your success will be driven by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, develop long-term client relationships, and represent the Clen Chem brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
-Sell cleaning chemicals, equipment, machinery, and allied products to businesses across various industries.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
-Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
-Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in target markets.
-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer concerns.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position Clen Chem in the market.
-Provide exceptional customer service and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.
-Manage your sales pipeline, reporting regularly on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales.
-Strong understanding of chemicals and the industry.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to customers.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
