The company is a member of the MBA Boland, registered with the NHBRC and the Building Industry Bargaining Council. OHB Construction has been very active in the luxury house market for the past ten years having completed various houses at Boschenmeer Golf Estate, Pearl Valley Golf Estate, Val de Vie Polo Estate and in the general Paarl, Wellington, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch areas. Amongst completed cellars constructed over the past 23 years are Zandwijk Wine Cellar, Rheebokskloof Wine Cellar, David Frost Winery, Napier Winery and Langverwacht Winery in the Paarl/Wellington area and the La Bri Wine Cellar in Franschhoek. OHB Construction was also involved in a very successful joint venture with J van der Sluys (Pty) Ltd to construct the Dennegeur Farm Housing Project (2005 - 2007) outside Franschhoek for Mr Johan Rupert.
