You don’t need electrical wiring drawings to sell a house.
You need a valid COC.

Where things usually go wrong is after solar is added.

Extra DB work, change-over wiring, inverters — all fine if done properly, all a problem if shortcuts were taken.

Most issues only surface when it matters most:

Quick question for homeowners:

Well… this is shocking ⚡😂

But here’s the real shock: 8/10 homes I check don’t comply with SANS 10142. Not unsafe — just badly done.
