Compressed Air Engineers specialise in turn-key installations for the compressed air and allied industries. Our aim is to manage the entire scope of work on behalf of suppliers or directly with the end user. We also perform site assessments to improve efficiencies and energy consumption, how and when to use Variable Speed Drive compressors as well as ensuring that the correct size and layout of eq
uipment and piping is used. Typical equipment would include rotary screw and vane compressors, refrigerant and desiccant dryers, chilling plants, pressure vessels, after coolers, filtration units as well as heat and dust extraction. Any piping requirements are done in a neat and professional manner in stainless steel, galvanized steel or aluminium tubing by a competent team. The team’s skill set ranges from pipe fitters to welders including the services of a standby licensed electrical contractor and a certified rigger. Our goal is to provide a complete and efficient service managed by one entity.
