🛡️ A DB is only as good as the breakers in it.

The ABB S200 range is built around the details that make a board quicker to wire and safer to work on 👇

✅ IP20 finger-safe terminals
✅ 35 mm² + 10 mm² cylinder-lift twin terminals — busbar into the rear, incoming conductor into the front
✅ Contact position indication on the toggle — you can see ON or OFF, not guess it
✅ Laser-printed markings that resist friction, scratch and solvent — still readable years later
✅ Approvals printed on the dome, visible with the breaker mounted
✅ Complies to IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC/EN 60947-2 — residential through industrial

Part of the System pro M compact® family, with a full accessory range behind it.

📐 Panel space is the most expensive real estate in a switchroom.

The ABB SACE Emax 2 was built around that problem — and around the fact that every breaker now has to talk to something 👇

✅ E1.2 delivers 1600 A at up to 66 kA in a 210 mm frame (3-pole fixed)

✅ E2.2 through E6.2 share the same height and depth — one mechanical arrangement across the range

✅ Connect via Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP and more

✅ Comms modules mount on the terminal box and can be added at any time

✅ Ekip Touch trip units measure current, voltage, power and energy

✅ Four frames, 630 A to 6300 A, fixed or withdrawable

💧 Every blocked impeller is a callout, a crew and a night shift.

The ABB ACQ580 is a drive built specifically for water and wastewater — the pump protection is already in the box, not bolted on afterwards 👇

✅ Pump cleaning clears obstructions automatically
✅ Dry run & cavitation protection
✅ Soft pipe fill prevents water hammer
✅ Sensorless flow — no extra meters to buy or maintain
✅ Intelligent Pump Control for up to 8 pumps
✅ 0.75 to 500 kW, IP21 to IP55

From a single booster pump to a full pump station, we'll size it and support it locally. 🇿🇦

⚡ One voltage sag. One stopped line. A full restart.

Most sags last only 32–200 ms — but that's more than enough to trip your drives, contactors and PLCs.

The ABB PCS100 AVC-40 Active Voltage Conditioner rides straight through them 👇

✅ Sag correction in under ½ cycle
✅ Continuous ±10% voltage regulation
✅ Efficiency typically above 98%
✅ No batteries — minimal maintenance
✅ 450 kVA to 3600 kVA

As an ABB Value Provider, we size it for your plant and support it locally. 🇿🇦
