The recent heavy rain in Pretoria had left this stunning house with a roof leak, OSEP Group was called in to inspect, upon inspection we noticed that the downpipe on the slab roof was too short to catch rain water hence the water marks on the staircase.

We then installed a longer pipe and primed the affected area, then applied a torch-on bitumen membrane to the affected area. We then waterproofed the braai chimney with leftover materials.
