Staalboer Aqua wishes to inform our valued clients and partners that Mr. John Mpho Baloyi is no longer affiliated with Staalboer Aqua in any capacity.

Following internal investigations, it was found that Mr. Baloyi engaged in acts of dishonesty and theft of company property. He is now operating under his own business name, Maxaka Dams, and has been misrepresenting himself as being associated with Staalboer Aqua in order to approach clients.

Please note that Maxaka Dams is NOT connected to Staalboer Aqua. Any dealings conducted through Mr. Baloyi or Maxaka Dams are done without Staalboer Aqua’s authorisation and entirely at the client’s own risk.

We take these matters very seriously and are committed to maintaining transparency and integrity in all our business relationships.
