Letter of introduction:
Dear Contractor,
We take pleasure in introducing ourselves as prospective Civil contractors. We have been contractors for the last 30 years.
Our Civil division has recently completed the following contracts:
Silverwell office Park:
- 9500m2 Bulk Earthworks complete with all sewer piping, stormwater piping and attenuation pond, layeral works to roads, paving, kerbs and Tar. Heinrich Uys 082 414 3971
Bauhaus Bryanston:
- 6000m2 Bulk earthworks complete with all sewer piping, stormwater piping and attenuation pond, layeral works to roads. Neil Howell 082 443 4946
R21 industrial park:
- 11,000m² of layered roadworks, paving, storm water, water, fire and complete sewer plant. Hein Lategan 082 571 0594.
Rosebank:
- 250 meters of 600mm storm water pipe including the remedial road layers and re-tarring of the road.
Houghton:
- Consisted of 90 meters 550mm storm water pipes including new kerb inlets and remedial works.
Rivonia:
- Consisted of all layered roadworks, bedding and paving in excess of 6000m², this also included all water, fire, sewer and storm water reticulation.
VTC Africa:
- Consisted of storm water, sewer, fire and water in excess of 250 meters each.
Probuild:
- Consisted of 2.5km’s of sewer reticulation including the road crossing and remedial works. We also installed 400meters of storm water pipes and construction of a 2,200,000L attenuation pond including inflows and outflows.
Hendrik Potgieter:
-Consisted of a 400,000 liter attenuation pond, 14000m2 platform, 285m stormwater pipe, 3500m2 paving, kerbs and external JRA roadwidening, 1350m2 Loffelstein/retaining walls.

Q8 Oils:
-Consisted of a 2800m2 platform and 540m of concrete stormwater pipe
