Lee Armstrong from Invizion Property Group has successfully facilitated a long-term lease for Unit A1 at 362 Ottery Road, Hyde Park, Ottery East, Cape Town. The warehouse space measures 253m² & 23m² mezzanine section. The industrial unit has its own separate warehouse area, designated parking sections, front & rear warehouse areas for receiving and dispatch, and security sign in access.

DONE DEAL! Another deal was completed by Invizion Property Group. New premises for Arkangel Steel CC within Wetton Industria, Cape Town.

Lee Armstrong from Invizion Property Group has successfully facilitated a long-term lease at Unit 8, 29 Plantation Road, Wetton Industrial, Cape Town. The warehouse space measures 204m² with its own separate warehouse area, yard section and enclosed gate access.

Arkangel Steels' new premises, which form part of the main building of 7518m². The site has a mix of about 10 different tenants, with an array of different business uses. SOLD! Another successful SALE completed by Invizion Property Group. New premises have been secured for AHF Properties T/A Family Supermarket at 168 Retreat Road, Retreat, Cape Town. The property was sold within just three days of being marketed at the seller's full asking price.

Lee Armstrong from Invizion Property Group has successfully sold this free-standing & commercial building of 491m² erf extent or 982m² GLA over two floors.
