Urbanac Renovation & Architecture... Nothing is impossible.

This project really tested our creativity and ability to design and construct a masterpiece in a very short timeline. This suite is 25m2 in total. We needed to create a free flowing, self service space that allowed for seamless movement through the suite, as opposed to the traditional bar type suites that require bartenders to provide service. This self service styled suite provides total privacy as no staff are required to service or tend to clients.

Flush plastered ceilings with a perimeter bulkhead that houses an addressable LED with multi function displays.

Hering bone wood look vinyl floor that was installed to have an infinity style finish. As we carried the floor right out the box and stopped it on the top stair.

All of the cabinets were designed to be infinity displays. Using black mirrors & LED inlay strips covered in an opal lens allowed for an infinity display of what ever is displayed in the cabinets.

The gorgeous black quartz countertops were finished with a reverse bevelled edge and high polish finish. All cabinets have soft close function and look seamless as no cabinet handles are visible.

We built a movable bar counter that fits into existing cabinetry when not being used. The movable bar counter is fitted with signage that is powered by a built in UPS system that powers the signage for up to 4 hours. While not plugged in. Pop-up wireless chargers were flush mounted into the countertops for ease of use and a hideaway finish.

We supplied a 6 bottle digital drinks dispenser that was built into the cabinetry allowing for speedy re-fills and super elegant self service vibes. Snow master display fridges Were neatly centered in the cabinetry enhancing the aesthetic appeal. On the left side of the display fridges we installed a dual bottle wine dispenser that cools and aerates as it dispenses the wine. On the right side we installed a "water bar" that is a plumbed-in sparkling and still water dispenser. A snow master ice machine was also tucked away into the cabinets.

From the 18th to the 31st!!!! This was a mammoth task considering all that had to be done in the very short time-line.

As a business owner I stand here today completely humbled and sincerely honoured to be part of such an incredible team.
I am blown away and completely swept off my feet by the absolute dedication, determination, passion, grit and absolute commitment my staff showed on this project. Their commitment is a direct reflection of who they are as individuals and as men. Their engrained mindset as professionals drives them to persevere and deliver what is needed.
