Even the great innings must come to an end.

Today, with both gratitude and celebration, we share that our friend, founder and former leader Shane Kelly is retiring from the company.

Shane has been a driving force behind our story – transforming a small family engineering company into a global leader in shallow tillage innovation and ingenuity.

Thanks to his passion and determination, farmers across five continents and 35 countries now trust the KELLY Diamond Harrow to care for their land; building on the business started by Shane’s father Peter on their family farm in Booleroo Centre nearly 40 years ago and the product they jointly developed that we know today as the KELLY Tillage System.

A fierce ambassador for Australian regenerative farming capability, Shane’s influence reaches beyond our KELLY Tillage System and is embodied in his commitment to a sustainable and resilient agricultural sector and to providing farmers a payday today without robbing the soils for tomorrow.

While he is stepping down from his operational role with KELLY Tillage, he will remain a non-executive director providing strategic advice to the Board.

We thank Shane for his leadership and mentorship and for everything he has done to build our company to where it is today.
