Often people have great ideas but struggle to convert them into a product that is plastic injection moulding friendly. Clients do not always understand the process of injection moulding and at Dela Plast, we like to assist in helping them understand the procedure and the design and practical aspects to this. Not all plastic products can be injection moulded. There are other processes like vacuum forming, blow moulding or Roto moulding that could be more effective for your type of product. PIM is only suitable for products that has a very high runs for example 30 000 per order.
