Contact us by Email or phone and tell us what you need. We make further arrangements to meet you. Once you tell us what you need, we make preliminary drawings which include sketch plans and 3Ds- You don't pay for preliminary drawings. Once you are satisf
ied with the preliminary drawings, we now enter into an agreement where we agree on the charges, mode of payment and when to deliver the drawings. Be rest assured that you will be charged fairly. SUBMISION OF DRAWINGS TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY-COUNCIL
Note that our charges do not include council charges. Council charges are determined by the respective councils where the proposed project is to be constructed. Plans can be submitted by us or yourself. Most council regulations require that your plans be approved before you commence construction.
