Job Description

Peaseacom Construction is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Crushed Stone Production Workers. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality crushed stone. Successful candidates will be responsible for producing a minimum of 2 tons of crushed stone per day, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manually excavate and crush 2 tons of stone per day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Meet daily production quotas to ensure timely and quality output.

Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet production targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor..

Salary Rate
Piece eatery wage:
- 20-day month: ZMW 57.83 per ton
- 22-day month: ZMW 52.57 per ton
- 23-day month: ZMW 50.28 per ton
- Monthly salary is based on full completion of daily quotas.

Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 17:00.

Work Hours

- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM].
- Overtime opportunities may be available.
