Kenova Crop Science Company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Farm & City Liaison to join our team and help strengthen relationships with farmers, agro-dealers and key agricultural stakeholders.

🔎 We’re looking for someone with:

🎓 A Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Protection or a related field
🌱 At least 2 years of relevant experience in agriculture, agrochemicals, sales or business development
🤝 Strong communication, networking and customer relationship skills
📈 Business development and market opportunity identification skills
🚗 Valid Driver’s Licence – Required
🎯 Ability to work independently and achieve set targets

💼 Key areas of responsibility:

• Build strong relationships with farmers, agro-dealers and key customers
• Identify new business and market opportunities
• Promote Kenova’s agricultural products and solutions
• Conduct farm visits and product demonstrations
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
• Support sales and business development targets
