1) MEP ENGINEER- HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE FIGHTING

MEP engineer, with 3 to 4 years? experience in UAE or GCC, candidates should apply with fluent in Technical drawings, estimation, ex*****on, deeply knowledge in drawings, documentations of all kind of HVAC works such as Chilled water system, Cold water system, Hot water networks, Central Air Conditioning, DX or VRF system, should able to read/modify, measure the drawings of all kind of Pipes and accessories, duct and accessories, site operation, managerial skills to plan and implement of coworkers, quality assurance, progress maintain capabilities, hard and honest.

2) Mechanical Draftsman CUM MEP Quantity Surveyor

Mechanical Draftsman (5+ Experience) (Auto cad- Shop drawings, Coordination Drawing, RCP Drawing and as built drawings for complete MEP) Especially for HVAC, Plumbing Drainage, Water Supply, Irrigation, Fire Fighting etc. and any kind of piping layout, plant layout complete with all section. Details and elevation creation knowledge.

Estimation for tendering Preparation of BOQ, Inquiries and related documents for submission, , Project planning and supervision, Back office Engineering works related to project, Preparation of close out documents, related to MEP services.

3) Electrical Engineer (with ADDC/DEWA any one authority approved) 5+ Experience in LV Electrical Distribution systems, PV Solar Systems, DC Power Systems, Generator power Plants and ELV Systems (CCTV, Access control and Fire Alarm systems). Must be with DEWA & ADDC standards, practices & procedures.



Estimation for tendering Preparation of BOQ, Inquiries and related documents for submission, Site Management skills, Project ex*****on, Project planning and supervision, Engineering works related to project, Preparation of close out documents, Knowledge in T & C, Prepare and submission of As Built drawings, Handing over of project

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
