Qualifications :

Must be female only

Must have Abu Dhabi experience

Experienced in VAT filing/submission.

Can manage accounts receivable & accounts payable

Knowledgeable in payroll.

Prepare financial statements & cost accounting reports

Auditing financial documents & procedures and reconciling bank statements.

Provide daily & monthly accounting support

Identify financial discrepancies and propose solutions

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Prepare shop drawings, sections, elevations, and BOQs with accuracy.
Create 2D/3D models, renderings, and design concepts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants on project ex*****on.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and municipality standards.
Support design presentations, timelines, and documentation.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' UAE experience (Consultant experience preferred).
Diploma/Bachelor's in Architecture, Interior Design or any related field.
Holding equivalent certificate in Abu Dhabi Municipality.
Knowledge of MEP integration.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
