In 2013 I founded a WhatsApp group to support job seekers, and I was fortunate to receive guidance from several visionary business leaders in JAFZA. Among them, Dr. Harry Moraes stood out for his invaluable advice and mentorship, which played a pivotal role in shaping my brand, *THE ROEL SOLUTIONS*.

Dr. Moraes was exceptionally generous with his time. I often visited his office without an appointment, and, when his schedule permitted, he would meet with me to discuss career development and brand strategy. His insight into building a brand in the market was instrumental, and he even offered to facilitate the launch of my business in the UAE, recognizing the financial constraints faced by a QC Inspector. I respectfully declined the offer to preserve my independence, but I kept him informed of my progress. Earlier this year, I obtained a trade licence in the UAE and was pleased to share the news with him while serving as a resident engineer on a project for my previous employer.

His passing is a profound loss. May his family, colleagues, and all who cherished him find peace and strength during this difficult time.
