We are looking for an innovative Civil Engineer to join us.

JOB Responsibilities:

· Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects in timely manner
· Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
· Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
· Assess potential risks, materials and costs
· Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
· Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
· Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
· Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
· Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
· Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required



Requirements and skills:

· Proven working experience in civil engineering (infrastructures: bridges, transportations, roads, construction, geotechnical etc)
· Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
· Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
· Project management and supervision skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong ability to solve complex project issues
· License of professional engineer
· BS/MA in Civil Engineering
· 3 to 5 years experience

Salary: Depends on experience

PROPERTY CONSULTANTS to represent our ICONIC KEMPINSKI Floating Hotel/Villa Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
1. Real Estate experience is a MUST
2. UAE Driving License is ADVANTAGE
3. Minimum of one-year sales experience
4. Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write /Speak)
5. A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
6. Candidates must be confident, and have a professional appearance
7. RERA Certified is a PLUS, or have strong willingness to do training
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit
9. Freshers who are willing to be trained and strong interpersonal skills.
10. Strong negotiation skills, experience in offering expert customer service to clients
11. Multi-languages are a PLUS!

JOB DESCRIPTION/ROLE:

1. Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
2. Scout and identify investors with property consultancy needs
3. Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
4. Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure a deal
5. Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
6. Put properties up for sale by advertising them on various media and advert channels
7. Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants with the help of administration team.
8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws and policies
9. Build and establish good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
10. Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
11. Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments
12. Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
13. Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market
14. Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
15. Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain.
