Emcore team is making great progression in completing new projects. Recently we successfully installed blast chiller for one of the leading dairy & juice company in UAE. For this project first we dismantled the existing blast chiller and leveled the area, and done civil floor works. After finishing these works, we have installed blast chiller with new refrigeration units.
The key points to consider while designing the blast chiller are
1. Product type
2. Product incoming temperature
3. Pull downtime
4. Product final temperature
5. Batch size/ Product load (weight)
