I am honored to attend the 13th Cycle of the GLOBAL SUSTAINABILITY & CSR FORUM, centered around the theme "Sustainable Growth: Orchestrating a Global Change."

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Habiba Al Marashi, President of the Arabia CSR Network, for the gracious invitation and the inspiring discussions on driving global change. It was a privilege to represent CSCEC Middle East and share our insights on how contractors can lead the way in sustainable transformation through Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).

I emphasized that modular approaches not only enhance safety, quality, and efficiency, but also challenge traditional perceptions—demonstrating that sustainable building can be both durable and innovative.

Honored to attend the 2nd GCC Housing Conference in Kuwait with CSCEC Middle East!
It was inspiring to discuss sustainable housing, urban development, and regional cooperation with GCC housing authorities and industry experts. Proud to see our projects like Kuwait University and South Al-Ahmad City Infrastructure Works recognized as examples of innovation and collaboration.
Our booth showcased CSCEC’s expertise in housing, infrastructure, and modular construction, and it was great to connect with partners who share the same vision for the future.

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) and the Confucius Institute at Zayed University jointly hosted the "Happiness Library: Reading in the Middle East" event under the theme "Books Nourish Enterprises and Campuses, Reading Helps Us Grow Together." 🌱🏫🏢
During the event, CSCEC ME generously distributed management books to students of the Confucius Institute 📖🎁 and organized an engaging bookmark-making activity 🎨📌.

Recently, I visited the R1155 Project to witness itseco-friendly solutions that cut costs and reduce carbon footprints:

☀️ Solar Power Carport – Generates 198,000 kWh/year, powering site offices & slashing 96 tons of CO₂ (equal to 2,500 trees)!
🏢 Modular Office Reuse – Dismantle, relocate, rebuild – giving temporary structures a second life across projects.
🔩 Steel Recycling – Scrap metal transformed into durable fencing and functional structures.
🌳 Waste-to-Value – Wood, plastic, and paper upcycled into benches, fences, and even decorative pieces.
⭕Tire Upcycling – Old tires become vibrant planters, adding greenery to the worksite.
🌱 Tree Planting – Combatting urban heat with new green spaces.
