Rally continues to evolve. At 2026, MegaRide carried out a new test campaign to expand the range of rally conditions reproduced in the game.

The instrumented 124 was driven on deformable, loose and mixed to measure how , and deformation affect vehicle response.

The data collected add new inputs to MegaRide’s tire-road models already used in the game, helping reproduce stability, braking, and across different rally conditions for a more realistic and immersive experience.

At 2026 more than 25 international partners from companies and universities came together for one week in a research-driven outdoor living lab, where three new platforms completed their first shakedown tests and new were explored, including tire wear particle measurements in the scenario, all within a wider testing programme.

After a successful first part of the season with @, the summer break gives the team time to review the work completed and prepare for the decisive final rounds.

MegaRide works alongside Trident in and by integrating tire behavior models into the team’s simulation activities, supporting race-weekend preparation, setup development and tire management.

Trident will return to competition in second place in the FIA Formula 3 Teams’ Championship, while looking to build further momentum in Formula 2 after winning the final race before the break.
