തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന ഇ ലേബര്‍ കാര്‍ഡുകളും തൊഴില്‍ കരാറുകളും ഞായറാഴ്ച മുതല്‍ പ്രാബല്യത്തില്‍ വരും. നിലവിലുള്ള പ്ളാസ്റ്റിക് ലേബര്‍ കാര്‍ഡുകളുടെയും പേപ്പര്‍ കരാറുകളുടെയും സ്ഥാനത്താണ് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക് കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ വരുന്നതെന്ന് തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം വാര്‍ത്താകുറിപ്പില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രി സഖ്ര്‍ ഖോബാഷിന്‍െറ തീരുമാന പ്രകാരമാണ് ഇ കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ നടപ്പാക്കുന്നത്. രാജ്യത്തുടനീളമുള്ള തസ്ഹീല്‍ സെന്‍ററുകളിലൂടെ മാത്രമേ പുതിയ കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ക്കും കരാറുകള്‍ക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ സാധിക്കൂ. തസ്ഹീലില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവരുടെ കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ക്കായി അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
ഇ ലേബര്‍ കാര്‍ഡിനും തൊഴില്‍ കരാറിനും അപേക്ഷിക്കാത്ത കമ്പനികള്‍ക്കു പുതിയ വിസ നല്‍കില്ല. തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ രാജ്യത്തെത്തി 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം തൊഴില്‍ കാര്‍ഡിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കണം. ഇതുകഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഓരോ മാസവും 1000 ദിര്‍ഹം വീതം പിഴ നല്‍കേണ്ടി വരും.
കമ്പനികളില്‍ തൊഴില്‍മന്ത്രാലയ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര്‍ പരിശോധനക്ക് എത്തുമ്പോള്‍ എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ഐ.ഡിയാണ് തൊഴിലാളികള്‍ കാണിക്കേണ്ടത്.
ലേബര്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് ഇല്ലാത്തവര്‍ക്ക് എമിറേറ്റ്സ് ഐ.ഡി ലഭിക്കില്ല.

യുഎഇയിലെ റമദാന്‍ ജോലി സമയം ക്രമീകരിച്ചു

സ്വകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ റമദാന്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തി സമയം യുഎഇ തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം ക്രമീകരിച്ചു.

റമദാന്‍ കാലയളവില്‍ രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂറിന്റെ ഇളവാണ്‌ സ്വാകാര്യ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്ക്‌ നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്‌. ജൂണ്‍ 29 ന്‌ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന റമദാന്‍ ജൂലൈ 27 ന്‌ അവസാനിക്കും.

സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തി സമയം രാവിലെ ഒമ്പതു മുതല്‍ ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ്‌ രണ്ടു വരെയായിരിക്കുമെന്ന്‌ ദേശീയ വാര്‍ത്താ ഏജന്‍സിയായ വാം റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടു ചെയ്‌തു.

യുഎഇയുടെ 42-ാമത് ദേശീയ ദിനം പ്രമാണിച്ച് രാജ്യത്തെ സ്വകാര്യമേഖലയ്ക്ക് തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രി സഖര്‍ ബിന്‍ ഗൊബാഷ് ഇൌ മാസം 30ന് (ശനി) അവധി നല്‍കി. ശനിയാഴ്ച പതിവായി അവധിയുള്ളവര്‍ക്ക് ഞായറാഴ്ച കൂടി അവധി ലഭിക്കും.
ശമ്പളം സഹിതം അവധി നല്‍കാനാണ് സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയ്ക്ക് നിര്‍ദേശം. വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച വാരാന്ത്യ അവധിയായതിനാല്‍ തൊഴിലാളികളടക്കം സ്വകാര്യമേഖലയില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഫലത്തില്‍ അടുപ്പിച്ച് രണ്ട് ദിവസം അവധി ലഭിക്കും. ഇത് ആദ്യമായാണ് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച അവധിയോട് ചേര്‍ന്ന് സ്വകാര്യമേഖലയ്ക്ക് ശമ്പളത്തോടെയുള്ള അവധി ലഭിക്കുന്നത്.

Private sector employees get three days off from October 14-16.

ബലിപെരുനാള്‍ പ്രമാണിച്ച് യുഎഇയില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഏഴു ദിവസവും സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയ്ക്ക് മൂന്നു ദിവസവും അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.
ഇൌ മാസം 13 മുതല്‍ 19 വരെയാണ് പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അവധി. എന്നാല്‍ സ്വകാര്യമേഖലയ്ക്ക് 14, 15, 16 ദിവസങ്ങളിലായിരിക്കും അവധിയെന്ന് തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയം വ്യക്തമാക്കി. അവധിക്ക് ശേഷം സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ 17നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ 20നും തുറന്ന് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കും.
