What does a signed fleet record look like for a heavy truck?
Bin Sraiya Readymix Concrete in Qatar fitted a D51 on a 2016 Mercedes truck and tracked kilometres per litre on the highway: 2.6 before, 3.5 after. That is their own company record, dated February 2023.

Belhasa Engineering & Contracting in Dubai did the same on a MAN tipper: 2.6 → 3.2 km/L on the highway, over more than three months. Their letter is also on file.

⚙️ The D51 sits in the diesel tank — up to 500 L per unit. It includes an Air Refiner on the intake. Fitted once, no wiring, no engine modification.

What does a passive diesel device actually do — and what did the fuel logs show?
The D51 is Greentech's heavy-duty set for diesel tanks up to 500 litres. Two components: the fuel enhancer sits in the tank, and the Air Refiner — Greentech's proprietary intake device — clips onto the air intake. No wiring. No engine modification. Fitted once, no maintenance required for about 10 years.

⚙️ "Passive" means the device carries no power source and adds no chemical to the fuel. It is classified under US invention patent US 11,713,737 B1, granted August 2023 — a public, searchable file.

📋 What fleet records show:
Bin Sraiya Readymix Concrete in Qatar fitted a D51 on a 2016 Mercedes truck and kept fuel logs on the highway: 2.6 → 3.5 km/L (February 2023, company record). Belhasa Engineering & Contracting in Dubai recorded the same metric on a MAN tipper with a D51: 2.6 → 3.2 km/L on the highway (February 2020). These are each company's own signed records, not a promise for every truck.

Before you decide, look at whose trucks, which model, how long they ran, and who did the measuring.

What does a fleet manager in Dubai actually see after fitting Greentech on light and heavy vehicles?
In February 2020, Belhasa Engineering & Contracting ran Greentech on 15 vehicles — a mix of light and heavy — for more than three months. Their general manager, Althaf Khazi, wrote:

"We have tested your products for 15 vehicles (light and heavy vehicles) for more than 3 months, where we found the performance of all the devices is up to our expectation. As an average, the fuel saving was between 15% to 25%."

A 2016 Mercedes heavy truck on highway duty, fitted with a Greentech D51:
2.6 → 3.5 km/L on the highway, as recorded in the company's own signed letter.
That is Bin Sraiya's result on that truck, in that operation.

For a European fleet collecting Scope 1 fuel data ahead of FY2027 reporting, the same method applies: log fuel before fitting, log fuel after, express the reduction in litres — and at about 2.68 kg CO2 per litre of diesel burned (UK DEFRA / IPCC combustion factor), litres saved convert directly to CO2 for your own report.

One set per diesel tank up to 500 L. If a truck runs two separate tanks, each tank needs its own unit.
The D51 includes an Air Refiner fitted on the air intake, alongside the fuel enhancer in the tank.
