We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at a reputable building contracting company.
In this key role, you will be responsible for managing cost control, budgeting, and contract administration across multiple construction projects – ensuring financial success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee full spectrum of cost management and commercial control
*Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
*Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
*Lead procurement and subcontractor management
*Track project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
*Support project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
✔️Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in construction (UAE experience preferred).
✔️Strong knowledge of local contracts, and cost systems.
✔️Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
