local company based Dubai / UAE for Construction Site Security Fencing , welded mesh , Wire Mesh and PVC Fence Supply and Installation related to the Fencing industry recruiting
*technicians and staff include skilled installers, welders, and sales engineers who design and build a variety of fences, from residential to high-security industrial systems.*
Key roles are held by experienced technicians who perform installation, site supervision, and maintenance, as well as engineers who handle project planning, design, and client consultations. Staff also includes sales executives and administrative roles to manage client inquiries and project logistics.
*Technical and installation roles Fence Installers:*
The core technical staff responsible for the physical installation of fencing systems, ensuring they are secure and comply with all safety standards.
*Tig Welders:*
Skilled metal fabricators who create custom components like gates, pergolas, and other metal elements used in fencing projects.
*Site Supervisors* :
Oversee the day-to-day work on site, ensuring projects are completed according to drawings and specifications.
Maintenance Technicians: Provide post-installation support and perform ongoing maintenance to keep fences in optimal condition.
*Design and engineering roles
Site Engineers:*
Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost estimates for fencing projects and design and Technical Assistnace including the expert advice during the initial consultation phase and are involved in the technical planning of projects, often with a focus on specific types of fencing like security systems.
*Sales and management roles*
*Sales Executives/Engineers* Engage with clients, understand their needs, provide technical presentations on fencing solutions, and manage sales-related tasks for products like architectural metal and fencing.
*Sales Officers:*
Handle sales inquiries and client-facing communications.
