In partnership with FIDEC (Fédération Ivoirienne des Échecs) we brought together the best U16 chess talents in the country for the very first Future Grandmasters tournament.

One champion. And a room full of futures.

The top players will now train for a year under Grandmaster Nebojša Nikčević, and our champion heads to Istanbul for an international match and the Future Grandmasters Summit with Grandmaster Ediz Gürel.

Côte d’Ivoire is where the Future Grandmasters journey begins. Our ambition is to build a sustainable chess ecosystem across four continents, where today’s young talent becomes tomorrow’s coach, ambassador, and leader.

Because the best move you can make is investing in a young mind.
