At Cemex, regular checks are part of how we protect our people and operations.

This Pink October, we are extending that same mindset beyond workplace.
Stay informed. Speak with healthcare professionals. Understand the screening guidance that’s right for you.

Check. Learn. Act.

Every story matters. Every voice counts.

This World Mental Health Day, Cemex UAE is highlighting the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels empowered to speak, listen, connect and support one another.

Through our MYNDUP initiative, our people have access to professional wellbeing support, expert guidance and coaching — providing meaningful resources to support their wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.

By encouraging open conversations and meaningful connections, we continue to foster a culture where wellbeing is valued and every voice has the space to be heard.

Speak. Listen. Connect. Support.

Last week, Cemex UAE had the pleasure of welcoming Robert House, Cemex EMEA Health & Safety Director, to an insightful visit across our UAE operations.

Hosted by Mariusz Mlodawski, Cemex UAE Country Director, and Hossam Awaad, Health & Safety Manager, the visit included a comprehensive tour of our operations with a particular focus on our mobile plants in Jebel Ali, Al Maktoum Airport, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, as well as key project sites.

Throughout the visit, Robert engaged directly with our on-site teams, gaining firsthand insight into our daily operations, Health & Safety practices, and the improvements being implemented across our locations.

The visit was a valuable opportunity to showcase the progress we are making in Health & Safety and the commitment of our teams to maintaining high safety standards. It also reinforced our shared focus on continuous improvement, building a strong, proactive safety culture across Cemex UAE.

20 Years of Excellence | Driving Decarbonization Through Innovation

Celebrating 20 years is not only about looking back—it’s also about how we move forward. At Cemex UAE, innovation continues to drive our efforts toward lower-carbon construction.

From introducing the UAE’s first fully electric concrete mixer truck at COP28, to digitizing our customer experience with Cemex GO, and conserving water through recycling initiatives, we continue taking meaningful steps toward reducing our environmental footprint.

Together, we continue building a better future.
