Emirates Building Systems (EBS) is proud to have successfully completed the design, fabrication, and er****on of the steel structure and cladding for AllSports Arena in Al Quoz, Dubai!

Spanning an impressive 250,000 sq. ft., this state-of-the-art sports complex brings together football, basketball, padel, swimming, fitness, and recovery facilities under one roof.

Featuring an exceptional 80-meter clear span without internal columns and a height of 20 meters, this landmark project showcases EBS’s engineering expertise and capabilities in delivering complex, large-span steel structures.

� إنجاز بارز جديد لشركة الإمارات لأنظمة المباني الحديدية (EBS) – أكبر مجمع رياضي داخلي متكامل ومخصص في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة!

تفخر شركة الإمارات لأنظمة المباني الحديدية (EBS) بإتمام أعمال التصميم والتصنيع والتركيب للهيكل الفولاذي وأعمال التكسية لمجمع AllSports Arena في منطقة القوز بدبي.

يمتد هذا المجمع الرياضي الحديث على مساحة 250,000 قدم مربع، ويضم مجموعة متنوعة من المرافق الرياضية، بما فيها كرة القدم، وكرة السلة، والبادل، والسباحة، واللياقة البدنية، ومرافق الاستشفاء الرياضي، تحت سقف واحد.

ويتميز المشروع ببحر إنشائي حر يمتد على 80 متراً دون أعمدة داخلية، وارتفاع يصل إلى 20 متراً، مما يعكس الخبرة الهندسية والقدرات الفنية لشركة EBS في تنفيذ المنشآت الفولاذية الضخمة والمعقدة.

Ever wondered what stands behind the massive structure of IMG Worlds of Adventure in Dubai?

More than 2,350 metric tons of structural steel were delivered by Emirates Building Systems Co. (LLC), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, through an integrated scope covering fabrication, supply, and installation.

A project that reflects the company’s expertise in transforming steel into structures that support some of the region’s most prominent large-scale developments and destinations.

EX*****ON UNDERWAY – EMIRATES FLOAT GLASS FACTORY EXPANSION

Following the award of this fast-track project to EBS, project ex*****on has now started on site.

The project covers a total built-up area of 50,000 m² and includes the design, fabrication, supply and er****on of structural steel and sandwich panel systems, along with building accessories, louvers and fireproofing works.

The new second float-glass line will add 600 tonnes per day, doubling Emirates Float Glass’s total production capacity from 600 to 1,200 tonnes per day, while introducing Ultra Clear low-iron glass, a first-of-its-kind capability in the MENA region.

NEW PROJECT AWARD – FAST-TRACK FLOAT GLASS FACTORY-50,000 m² TOTAL BUILT UP AREA

EBS has been awarded a major Fast-Track Float Glass Factory Project with a total built-up area of 50,000 m². Under a demanding ex*****on schedule, EBS will undertake the complete design, fabrication, supply, and er****on of the structural steel and sandwich panel systems, building accessories, louvers, etc.. together with the application of fireproofing to the structural steel.

The project comprises a complete industrial complex, including the main production factory, melting furnace, batch plant, warehouses, storage facilities, conveyor structures, and other supporting buildings and infrastructure.

This award further demonstrates EBS's capability to successfully execute complex industrial projects within challenging fast-track schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and engineering excellence.
