Driving forward again with TITAN Egypt 🇪🇬

We are pleased to announce the re-collaboration with one of our esteemd clients TITAN Egypt through major project at Beni Suef Plant, executed using a 400-ton crane, with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Scope of work included:

- Vertical Mill Outlet Duct Dismounting, pre-assembly and installation with insulation.
- Mill Fan Inlet Duct Dismounting, pre assembly and installation with insulation.
- Cyclone-1 Inner Pipe Dismounting & Installation
- Cyclone-2 Inner Pipe Dismounting & Installation

All activities were completed efficiently, on schedule, and with excellent coordination between teams, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Fruitful discussion with Hon Gwede Mantashe - Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy in South Africa 🇿🇦

During 2nd annual mining transformation in Africa gala dinner which held in Cape Town yesterday, Omar Khairy, Group Chief Operations Officer (COO) had the chance to have a fruitful discussion with the minister and show RIGA’s track record in the continent.

Omar has shown to the minister that RIGA has local content in the country and comply with all laws and rules to work in mining sector which increase opportunities to expand in the country.

يسعدنا أن نعلن أننا أكملنا دراساتنا الفنية و التسويقية لأحد عملائنا في منطقة جنوب الصحراء الافريقية لانشاء مصنع أسمنت متكامل جديد بقدرة 1.5 مليون طن سنويًا في مدينة مونجاتا بدولة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية 🇨🇩

من اعمالنا الكهربائية في مصنع الاسمنت و المواد في دولة مالي🇲🇱 و التابع لمجموعة Groupe Vicat العالمية اثناء العمرة السنوية حيث كانت اعمالنا تتضمن الاتي :

- أخذ 2 عينه زيت من المحول الرئيسي
- صيانة جميع القواطع الكهربائية
- صيانة Hitachi UPS
- القيام بصيانة الأجهزة لجميع محركات ABB VFD
- طلب المصنع إجراء صيانة لـ 3 VFD إضافية وقد فعلنا ذلك
- برمجة جميع محركات بنفس لوحة اسم المحركات
- عمل اختبار لمراوح الطاحونة بدون حمل والتي تعمل بالحالة العادية
- صيانة محولة 1mva
- صيانة المحولة 1.75 mva
- التحقق من معلمات VFD ABB وعمل نسخة احتياطية للجميع وحفظها على لوحات التحكم كنسخة
- فحص وصيانة وحدة الطاقة لمحرك 360 كيلو واط
