A vitality pool is a warm hydrotherapy environment, typically maintained at 38–40°C, where heat is combined with water and air jets to deliver a deep, full-body massage.
The elevated temperature helps open pores and stimulate circulation, preparing the body for treatments while also enhancing their effectiveness. It can equally be used post-treatment to relax the body and support recovery.
When combined with hot and cold experiences such as saunas, snow rooms, or plunge pools, it becomes part of contrast therapy, often associated with the Wim Hof method, which alternates heat and cold exposure to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the body’s response systems.
