Group AMANA was proud to join Dubai Holding Asset Management for the groundbreaking ceremony of Lantana Hills, a premium gated residential community at Dubai Science Park.

Developed as a future-ready community, Lantana Hills will feature 390 thoughtfully designed family townhouses within an amenity-rich environment focused on connectivity, sustainability, and modern living.

Appointed as main contractor under an AED 680 million agreement, Group AMANA will deliver the project using advanced modular solutions by DuBox, An AMANA Company and DuPod, An AMANA Company driving greater efficiency, enhanced quality, improved site safety, and more sustainable construction practices.

The ceremony brought together senior leaders from Dubai Holding Asset Management and Group AMANA, marking a shared commitment to building smarter, future-ready communities and delivering certainty from day one.

Group AMANA is proud to be appointed as the design & build contractor for Sanad’s landmark GTF Engine MRO Center in Al Ain, marking a major milestone in shaping the UAE’s next generation of aviation and aerospace infrastructure.

The 64,000 sqm facility will support Sanad’s continued expansion plans, strengthening its global engine MRO platform while reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading aviation, manufacturing and industrial hub.

Spanning approximately 1.4 million sqm at King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) and developed in partnership with Arcapita, this purpose-built logistics hub represents a major step forward in strengthening long-term logistics infrastructure supporting Saudi Aramco, its affiliates, and customers across the Kingdom’s energy and industrial sectors.

Designed to meet large-scale and complex logistics demands, the development will integrate advanced automation and smart warehouse technologies, including temperature-controlled Grade A warehousing, chemical storage facilities, offices and staff amenities, extensive open yard storage and handling areas, as well as photovoltaic systems and EV charging infrastructure while targeting LEED Gold certification.

More than a logistics hub, this development reflects Saudi Arabia’s accelerating investment in industrial growth, supply chain resilience, and global trade connectivity in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
