CFCM Cold Corner Former — technical specification.

Built for enclosure, switchboard and switchgear production.
▪️ Sheet thickness: 0.5–2.0 mm
▪️ Minimum blank: 210 × 210 mm
▪️ Materials: mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper
▪️ Four corners in approximately 2 minutes
▪️ CFCM-30ES: digital angle indication with elastic return compensation
▪️ CFCM-30EH: manual angle adjustment

The corner is formed cold. No welding wire, shielding gas, abrasives or polishing compound. The resulting surface is level, lowering powder coating consumption and eliminating the corner finishing stage.

A welded and polished equivalent requires approximately 10 minutes per door and a qualified welder.
