Vertical fins shape the façades with rhythm and precision, filtering sunlight, controlling exposure, and casting an ever-changing play of shadows throughout the day. This constant interaction between light and form gives the building a dynamic presence that shifts with time.
At the lower levels, transparency softens boundaries between inside and outside, activating the ground plane and allowing the energy of the surroundings to flow seamlessly through the space.
