In an effort to expand our client base and projects within the GCC, in 2011, we established a branch of AGCEW in Qatar. The objective of this partnership was for AGCEW to become one of the main contracting companies in the region to participate in the development of Qatar which is expected to boom in the coming years. Furthermore, we are currently working on expanding to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and others.

Highlights from the visit of H.E. Engr. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Municipality, to the Montura 3 – Grand Polo Club & Resort project.

Through the collaborative efforts of Emaar, Dubai Municipality, Al Ghurair Contracting & Engineering Works (AGCEW), United Precast Concrete (UPC) , and our valued project partners, the villa superstructure was successfully completed in a record 99.5 hours—an achievement that reduced the conventional construction programme by 85%.

Utilizing advanced precast construction technology, off-site manufacturing, just-in-time delivery, and precise on-site installation, the project team successfully erected 172 structural elements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and coordination throughout the ex*****on.
