Four years of MCFT Oman 🇴🇲

Last week our Oman team got together in Muscat to mark four years of MCFT supporting customers across the country.

It was also a chance to celebrate a few team milestones, including birthdays for Joel and Dan, and one year with MCFT for Pedro, Roldan and Sadiq.

A good opportunity to bring everyone together and recognise the people who continue to build our local presence and support customers across Oman every day.

🤝 The best way to understand your customers is to be in contact with them regularly.

Regional Director - Adam, Commercial Manager - Dan and UAE Ops Manager - Armin spent a day on the frontline with our Service Delivery Teams - supporting with customer queries, producing quotations and monitoring job progress.

This gave the team the opportunity to discuss in real-time how work actually happens across the office, not how it appears in reports, emails, or assumptions.

Great work from our local team supporting the installation of Zummo juicer for a customer in Bahrain.

Alongside planned maintenance and reactive support, our teams also support customers with new equipment installations, helping ensure assets are installed correctly, ready for service and set up for long-term performance.
