Tristar is happy to be featured in the Gulf News today for our association with the UN Global Compact Network UAE with whom we have successfully completed the 2025 - 2026 Target Gender Equality Accelerator.

The Target Gender Equality Accelerator is aimed at advancing gender equality, strengthening women’s leadership and building more inclusive workplaces across the UAE.

Tristar has been a champion of gender balance at its workplace a commitment made way back in 2011 when it became a signatory to the UN SDG on gender equality.

The closing ceremony of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator also celebrated the achievements of participating organisations and marked the launch of the 2025 - 2026 Target Gender Equality Accelerator Outcomes Report, highlighting practical actions being taken to strengthen private sector engagement on women’s leadership and workplace inclusion.

We are thankful to the United Nations Global Compact Network UAE team - Adèle Guidot, Deputy Executive Director, Amna Elnour, Programme Specialist; Farzana Hussain, Participant Engagement Manager; and Josh Mortel & Comms for their support throughout this year cohort.

👥 Representing Tristar at the event were our Group Chief Administrative Officer, Balaji Nagabhushan, who delivered the opening remarks, along with K.D. Kandpal, Vanessa Joseph, Nikita Taimni and Aldrin Edward.

The 183rd meeting was conducted on July 16, 2026.

The new Executive Committee for the year 2026–2027 was installed by DTM Rania Tahir.

After the installation ceremony, the TOMD, TM Niyas, introduced the silent role players and kept the audience geared by conducting an interesting quiz.

🎙️ TM Cyril delivered his Level 3 speech on the topic: “Negotiate the Best Outcome.”TM Cyril’s evaluation was done by TM Jayesh.

💬 TM Sunder conducted the Table Topics session, which had 5 speakers, out of which Evangline Kiruba was the winner. 🏆

The meeting ran smoothly and was enjoyed by all who attended.

🏆 We are proud to announce that Tristar Transport LLC, UAE, has been honoured with the prestigious Golden Peacock Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Award 2026 at the 27th International Conference on Environment Management and Climate Change, organized by the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, in Gandhinagar. This marks Tristar’s 12th Golden Peacock Award across different categories. ✨



Representing Tristar Group, Mr Balaji Nagabhushan, Group Chief Administrative Officer, and Mr M.S. Sridhar Srinivasalu, Group HSEQ Manager, received the award on behalf of the organization. 🏅
