McLaren Orange 765LT in for full service.

This car previously received our Stage 2 package and returns for routine maintenance and inspection.

On tuned McLaren platforms, regular checkups are essential to ensure the car continues to operate correctly under increased load and temperature.

Service work allows us to inspect key systems, replace required fluids and filters, and identify any potential issues before they develop further.

A necessary part of maintaining reliability and consistency on cars used beyond factory output.

The secondary air injection system is an emissions device used during cold start.

It pumps fresh air into the exhaust side, helping the catalytic converters reach operating temperature faster and reduce cold-start emissions.

For off-road track builds, the system adds unnecessary complexity, additional heat-related failure points and packaging around the engine bay.

On this Stage 2 765LT with Race Downpipes, the SAI system is removed and coded out as part of the build process.

The result is improved reliability, cleaner engine bay packaging and a 4.5kg weight reduction.

Alongside the physical checks, we use McLaren Diagnostic System (MDS) to access deeper vehicle data including stored fault history, system status, mileage-related information and live parameters not visible through a standard inspection.

This allows us to build a more complete picture of the car’s condition before purchase.

A viable upgrade for McLaren owners who regularly track their cars.

This 720S came in with worn factory wishbone bushes, showing the typical signs of deterioration seen with age and repeated load.

The original bonded rubber bushes can tear, delaminate and allow excess movement through the suspension assembly, reducing the level of precision expected from the chassis.

We replaced them with the McLaren wishbone bush kit, featuring PTFE-lined bearings, stainless-steel sleeves and 92ShA polyurethane housings.

The result is improved durability, reduced unwanted movement and a more consistent suspension response under load.

A worthwhile upgrade for cars being used as intended.

The Senna is one of McLaren’s most capable track-focused platforms.

With the aero, braking and chassis control it offers, the car is built to generate lap time, not necessarily straight-line speed.

In standard form, it can feel less urgent in a straight line than a 720S, despite being several times the price.

That is the imbalance we are addressing with this build.

The objective is not simply to add power, but to develop the car in a way that better suits the capability of the chassis.

Lime Green McLaren 600LT, recently imported from Japan.

Before handover, the vehicle underwent a full inspection followed by GCC region conversion using McLaren’s MDS to ensure correct functionality for use in the UAE.

A full service was also carried out, including engine oil, differential oil, coolant and all required filters.

Our clutch breather kit was installed as an additional reliability upgrade. On pre-2022 McLaren models, gearbox oil expansion under temperature can lead to oil escaping through the breather system. The catch can prevents this from becoming a recurring issue, a solution later adopted from factory on post-2022 cars.

Prepared correctly for its new life in the region.

Originally in with an overboost fault, traced to a failed OE turbo inlet causing airflow imbalance between banks under load.

Revised with upgraded downpipes, BOVs and reinforced silicone turbo inlets.

Calibration via M-Tuner by , with boost-by-gear, torque management and live map switching.

Map slots configured for street, track and race fuel use.

Output on 98RON: 936bhp.
