Edible Oil Terminal Temperature Monitoring System
The temperature measurement system is installed at the edible oil terminal to continuously monitor the process temperature of the edible oil storage and transfer system.
A temperature sensor (RTD Pt100, 3-wire) is installed at the process point to measure the temperature of the edible oil. The RTD signal is connected to a PR Electronics 5333A temperature transmitter configured for a measurement range of 0 to 350°C.
The PR 5333A converts the RTD input signal into a standard 4-20 mA analog output, which is transmitted to the SCADA system for continuous monitoring, data logging, trending, and alarm management.

The system provides:
• Continuous temperature monitoring of edible oil.
• Reliable signal transmission over long distances using 4-20 mA.
• Real-time display and recording in SCADA.
• High and low temperature alarm generation through the SCADA system.
• Improved process control and product quality assurance.
