We can see the detachment of the film from the texture by virtue of the accumulation of water behind the film of the material because of a crack in the place. In some cases the salt that is present in the sand of the mortar used for the wall coating expands in the presence of water and breaks the plaster. In this case, it is necessary to drain the soil, with the drainage pipes and also the work of treatment of infiltration with moisture blocker. We suggest the use of the RECETTAL product from MSET, which is a powerful moisture blocking agent based on liquid silicate. The silicate crystals clog the pores of the structure, preventing water pe*******on with permanent effect.
